Different models of e-governance as different ways to modernize

Abstract
25 years after the USSR, post-socialist transformations take place in Ukraine. The last two years later, due to significant socio-political changes in the country, they got a new impetus and opportunities for accelerating modernization, favorable conditions for reforms. One of the important reforms and the modernization tool is currently supported by the e-government. Its implementation is one of the conditions for the transition from traditional society to modern and informational. Modernization in the social sense aims at transforming the traditional one modern society through social, economic and political changes [2]. Specific understanding the process has changed since the days of Durkheim and Weber until the days of Aptore and Guiness. At the moment, we can reduce it to the following components that are fair to any one Institute: the departure from traditions and conservatism to certain value universals built on rationalism and encouragement of economic growth; social differentiation as opposed to clanishness; the advantage of an individual over a group; innovation as the main driving force instead exploitation.
