Common theoretical positions ensuring dynamic development of academic and personal achievements of students is the transfer of students from the position of passive performer to the position of the author, creator, master of educational activities. It is necessary to develop the subjectivity of students, the formation of such personal qualities as independence, initiative, the ability to transform, creative activity. The formation of a person's physical culture is conscious attitude to his own health and physical fitness is a common factor. Students' health status is alarming. Pedagogical aspect of health is deteriorating, and as a consequence, a student's performance decreases. It is impossible to solve the problem of low motor activity by introducing traditional “standard” physical education classes.
