DIFFERENTIAL APPROACH TO EACH STUDENT AS THE BASIS OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATION IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract
The process of improving pedagogical technologies, a set of methods, methodics and means of training are understood as innovations in education. At present, innovative pedagogical activity is one of the essential components of educational activity of any educational institution. Physical education classes at universities are not the exception. At present, technologicalness has become a main characteristic feature of teacher’s activity and means transition to a higher level of the educational process organization. It's not accidentally. The teacher's traditional thinking as the ability to look at a student as a learner, a programmable component of educational technology, but not as a spiritual personality, for whom such characteristic features as amateurism and freedom regarding educational space is through. Fundamental principle of innovations in the field of higher pedagogical system should be humanitarian essence of education, focusing on high professional, spiritual, valuable and general cultural development of a student as a personality. For the formation of physical culture of the individual, harmonious physical development and physical fitness of students, the traditional system of physical education in higher education needs to increase the amount of physical culture and sports activity of students. Common theoretical positions ensuring dynamic development of academic and personal achievements of students is the transfer of students from the position of passive performer to the position of the author, creator, master of educational activities. It is necessary to develop the subjectivity of students, the formation of such personal qualities as independence, initiative, the ability to transform, creative activity. The formation of a person's physical culture is conscious attitude to his own health and physical fitness is a common factor. Students' health status is alarming. Pedagogical aspect of health is deteriorating, and as a consequence, a student's performance decreases. It is impossible to solve the problem of low motor activity by introducing traditional “standard” physical education classes. New approaches to the educational process are required – approaches, which allow competently build the educational process and fill the demand for an increasing organism in motor activity.
