Syngnathia with bilateral maxillo-mandibular inter-alveolar adhesion is a rare entity and a cause of difficult airway. Airway management skills and experience of the anesthetist are crucial factors in the outcome. In this case report we aimed to discuss the successful anesthetic management of a six days-old baby presenting with congenital anomaly of isolated adhesion of the mandible and the maxilla. Key words: Congenital bony syngnathia, congenital fusion, difficult airway
