Діяльність громадських рад при Міністерстві оборони України як форма взаємодії між Збройними Силами України та громадянським суспільством

Abstract
У статті досліджуються особливості функціонування громадських рад при Міністерстві оборони України як форма взаємодії між Збройними Силами України та громадянським суспільством. На підставі аналізу правового регулювання їх діяльності зроблено висновок про створення сприятливі умови для розвитку громадянського суспільства і його підтримки на нормативно-правовому рівні. - The article examines the features of the functioning of public councils under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as a form of interaction between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civil society. Based on the analysis of legal regulation of their activities concluded that the creation of favorable conditions for the development of civil society and its support regulatory and legal level. -
