Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Hypothyroidism: A Case Report

Abstract
<span>The exact mechanism of developing dilated cardiomyopathy DCM in hypothyroidism is still unclear.<br /> The possible influence of hypothyroidism on the etiology and progression of DCM is controversial. We have experienced a case of a 32-year-old female with DCM secondary to hypothyroidism that was improved after hormone replacement therapy. </span>
