ДИНАМІЧНА МОДЕЛЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ В СИСТЕМІ КАДРОВОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
Розроблена динамічна модель прийняття рішень для оцінки відповідності кандидата його посаді із застосуванням інтелектуальної технології нечіткої логіки. Визначені критерії моделі та представлені у вигляді ієрархічного дерева. Проведена нормалізація вхідних та вихідних значень та сформовані лінгвістичні змінні. Побудовані гістограми розподілу значень критеріїв для подальшого їх застосування при визначені функцій приналежності нечітких термів вхідних та вихідних лінгвістичних змінних. Проведений експеримент для оцінки роботи моделі в динаміці. Удосконалений підхід до вирішення задач управління, контролю, планування та аналізу в системі кадрової безпеки підприємства.
