ДИНАМІКА ПОКАЗНИКІВ ЕНЕРГОСТРУКТУРНОГО СТАТУСУ У ХВОРИХ ІЗ ІШЕМІЧНИМ ІНСУЛЬТОМ ПІД ЧАС НАДАННЯ ІНТЕНСИВНОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ

Abstract
У статті представлені результати клініколабораторного дослідження 35-ти хворих із ішемічним інсультом. Усім хворим проводився динамічний моніторинг системної гемодинаміки, кисневого режиму, метаболізму, осмолярності, які дозволяли визначити динамічні зміни показників енергоструктурного статусу під час надання інтенсивної терапії. При цьому використовувалися: лабораторні показники – концентрація гемоглобіну (г×л-1) в загальному аналізі крові; концентрація глюкози (ммоль×л-1), загального білку ( г×л-1), сечовини (ммоль×л-1), калію (ммоль×л-1), натрію (ммоль×л-1) в біохімічному аналізі крові та інструментальні прилади – комп’ютерний томограф «Hi Speed CT Dual Plus» (GE, USA), монітор реанімаційно-хірургічний «ЮМ-300» («ЮТАС», Україна), монітор «Leon-3» («Heinen Lowenstein», Germany). Встановлено, що динаміка енергоструктурного статусу у хворих із ішемічним інсультом, на всіх етапах дослідження, характеризується збереженим міокардіальним енергоструктурним резервом; гіпоосмолярною дестабілізацією; адаптивністю та нестабільністю.
