Directions and Tasks of Development of the Strategy of Support of Innovation Development at Enterprises of the Agroindustrial Complex APK)

Abstract
The article considers main problems and tasks of development of the strategy of support of innovation development at APK enterprises. It offers directions of innovation development on the basis of use of mathematical models and modern information technologies. Integration formations and territorial clusters that allow optimisation of investment resources and possibilities and accelerate innovation processes are organised during a transitional period towards innovation economy. Programming and target-oriented management at macro- and meso-levels cannot be all-embracing in the context of state support and preferences to innovation development. In this respect the article justifies poles of growth of investment priorities and, accordingly, development of the methodology of system approach and methods of cluster analysis and forecasting.
