Directions Improving Financial Policy In The Field Of Art And Culture

Abstract
The state and prospects of better funding arts and culture in Ukraine.Identified aspects of the financial mechanism for implementing cultural policy and offered the best solutions to problems declared at the state level. The role of methods of state support for cultural institutions. Discussion factors of administrative plan, which would adversely affect the finance industry.The result of this work was the proposal to attract additional financial resources in the field of art and culture on the basis of international experience. Ways of improving the financial and economic mechanism for implementing cultural policies, which should be done in three ways: in the form of irrevocable trust funding, preferential loans and through extra-budgetary state funds. Also proposed the creation of the state target program of cultural development with the definition of a clear development strategy.
