Abstract
In the article the directions of improvement of legal regulation of the issues of the law in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine are clarified. The specifics of the current state in the indicated sphere and its disadvantages are investigated. The criticisms of scientific approaches in the doctrine of labor law regarding the optimization of legal regulation of the implementation of the petition have been criticized.
