DIRECTIONS OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE DAIRY PRODUCTION OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The theoretical bases of increasing the competitiveness of milk production in accordance with the European quality standards are investigated. The performed calculations established that the milk quality decrease and its insufficient supply are the main problems of the dairy production in Ukraine. For increasing the level of competitiveness of milk production by the agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, it is necessary to carry out complex and systematic measures that will increase the cows’ productivity, the milk industry high efficiency, and improvement of the dairy products quality.
