Disciplinary proceedings of the prison service officers in the light of human rights’ standards

Abstract
The article discusses selected international human rights standards applied in the disciplinary proceedings of the Prison Service officers. There are scrutinized the issue of presumption of innocence, as well as the tight to defense also with the right to remain silent.<br/><br/>
