Distribution of power between the center and regions in the context of structural policy realization on the regional level

Abstract
Essence, purpose and aims of regional structural policy are defined in the article. Basic barriers of realization of regional structural policy are outlined. Present inconsistencies and duplication of plenary powers between the central and regional authorities are selected. Basic directions of improvement of relations between the central and regional authorities are given. У статті визначено сутність, мету та цілі регіональної структурної політики. Окреслено основні бар’єри реалізації регіональної структурної політики. Виокремлено наявні неузгодженості та дублювання повноважень між центральними та регіональними органами влади. Наведено основні напрями покращення відносин між центральними та регіональними органами влади.
