DISTRIBUTION OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE RENT SHARE OF FUEL PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES BETWEEN EXTRA BUDGETARY FUNDS AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
We continue the study of the formation of budgets of territorial communities due to the distribution of the natural resource rent of the fuel production enterprises in this article. We determined the necessity of creating the extra budgetary funds: “the hedge fund for future generations”, “the fund for the restoration of nature-landscape complexes” and “the fund for compensation of negative consequences in this territory for the present and future generations”. We focused on the redistribution of the natural resource rent share of fuel production enterprises between extra budgetary funds at the regional level, which involves the rational removal and optimal allocation of rental income from the natural resource extraction in the system “state – local community – enterprise”.
