DIVERSIFICATION ACTIVITY AS A MEANS OF FORMING A SUCCESSFUL FUNCTIONAL MECHANISM OF THE PRODUCTION PROGRAM OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
A study was carried out on the development and functioning of the mechanism for the formation and implementation of a production program of enterprises, which, on the basis of diversification of the production program, as an effective measure of the production-economic system, will allow us to weavily accept and effectively implement management solutions at the micro level, which will promote the economic efficiency of the enterprise. The use of these provisions will contribute to the formation of a favorable microclimate, gaining competitive advantages for the enterprise in foreign economic activity, and will contribute to the formation of a successful functioning mechanism of the enterprise's production program.
