Diversification of the ways and forms for crediting the agricultural producers of Ukraine in formation their material and technical base

Abstract
Today the conditions of material and technical base in agriculture of Ukraine can be characterized as insufficient that has been a result of a number of reasons. The main reasons are: lack of the agricultural machine production in the country, lack of costs in agricultural produces for buying the necessary machinery, lack of available conditions for taking on loans for above mentioned purposes. The existing alternative tendencies for the formation of proposals on the domestic market of agricultural machinery have been described in the paper. The results of the research for the possible ways of solving the problem on upgrading the current material and technical base by agricultural producers have been presented. Special attention have been paid to the extension of possibilities to use leasing programs as well as financing the expenses of agricultural enterprises by dealers of famous agricultural machinery producers and by credit unions and development of special credit programs by separate banks.
