Abstract
Zachowania antyspołeczne, w tym przestępczość wśród nieletnich to coraz częstsze zjawisko we współczesnym świecie. Autor, na przykładzie rozwiązań przyjętych w Anglii i Walii, przedstawia jeden z możliwych sposobów reagowania systemów wymiaru sprawiedliwości na zaistniałą sytuację. Koncentrowanie się na zapobieganiu i wczesnej interwencji podejmowanej przez organy ścigania, jak i instytucje środowiska lokalnego wobec nieletnich naruszających porządek normatywny, to cecha charakterystyczna omawianego systemu.
