DİYARBAKIR VE ELAZIĞ’DA YOL KENARI VE KIRSAL ALANDAN TOPLANAN HATMİ BİTKİSİNİN ORGANOKLORLU PESTİSİT İÇERİĞİNİN GC-MS İLE TAYİNİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Diyarbakır ve Elazığ’da yol kenarı ve kırsal alandan toplanan beyaz çiçekli hatmi bitkisindeki olması muhtemel toksik ve biyoakümülasyon özelliği olan organoklorlu pestisit içeriği GC-MS (gaz kromatografisi-kütle spektroskopisi) cihazı kullanılarak tayin edilmiştir. Toplanan bitki örnekleri QuEChERS metodu kullanılarak analize hazır hale getirilmiştir. GC-MS’de 70 eV iyonlaşma enerjisi kullanılarak, akış hızı 1 ml/dk, enjeksiyon hacmi 1 µl olarak belirlenmiştir. Organoklorlu pestisitler için LOD, LOQ ve %RSD değeri sırasıyla; 0.02 ile 18.9 µg/L, 0.06 ile 63 µg/L, 2.4 ile 8.9 arasında bulunmuştur. Sonuçta, Diyarbakır ilinden toplanan yol kenarındaki hatmi bitkisi örneklerinin pestisit konsantrasyonu genel olarak Elazığ ilinden toplanan örneklerden daha yüksek konsantrasyonda bulunmuştur. Her iki ilde kırsal alandan toplanan bitki örneklerindeki alpha-Endosulfan konsantrasyonu tayin sınırının altında tespit edilmiştir.
