Abstract
Wpracy przedstawiono najnowsze doniesienia na temat współistnienia dny moczanowej oraz bezobjawowej hiperurykemii z zespołem metabolicznym. Biorąc pod uwagę wyniki naj now - szych badań, celowe wydaje się wczesne leczenie hiperurykemii bezobjawowej, zwłaszcza u chorych z nadciśnieniem tętniczym oraz ryzykiem wystąpienia incydentów sercowo-naczyniowych.
