DO MAL-ESTAR AO BEM-ESTAR DOCENTE: PERSPECTIVAS PARA UMA GESTÃO ESCOLAR

Abstract
Th is work analyzes the function of the teacher in the historical perspective, fi nding out how much the changes that happened can contribute for the teaching burnout, which causes sickness to the professionals. It also recommends possibilities of reversion in such a situation from a humanized performance by the school management.
