Abstract
The article deals with the comparative analysis of the doctrinal approaches to the direct objects of the components of the crimes, provided for in Part 1 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Art. 267 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Poland. It has been determined the basic direct object of these corpus delict.
