Does Emotional Intelligence can predict Conflict Management in a Sport Organization?

Abstract
The Aim of this Research is Study the Relationship of Emotional Intelligence Components and Conflict Management Style in Lorestan Sport and Youth Organization Administrators. The Research Method is Correlation, Statistical Society Includes all Administrators of Sport and Youth Organizations Locating in Lorestan Province, Iran. Final Subjectes Included 62 Persons. The Data Gathering Instruments Included; Potnam-Willson Questionnaire for Conflict Management Style, and Bar-Onn Questionnaire for Emotional Intelligence. Regression were the main Statistical Analysis Method.Results showed that there is the Positive Relation between Stress Control Component of Emotional Intelligence and Control Strategy of Conflict Management Style. A Positive Relation between interpersonal Skill Component of Emotional Intelligence and Solution orientation Strategy of Conflict Management Style, and Positive Relation between intrapersonal Skill Component of Emotional Intelligence and avoidance strategy of Conflict Management Style.
