Dominant role of evaluating environmental and economic damages of the national economy in terms of regulation destructive impacts of economic activity

Abstract
In order to develop the basic theoretical fundamentals of regulation of national economies, as well as improving the elements of the strategic, economic and financial, program-oriented planning, it proved the importance of the economic evaluation of the existing level of loss or damage and the need for accountability in the management of the impacts of human activities.
