DONOR INFORMED CONSENT AS THE LEGAL TOOL OF THE RESEARCH BIOBANKING REGULATION

Abstract
The paper explores the types of donor informed consent, which are widely used in the research biobanking, it analyzes their differences; the requirements of international normative legal acts concerning processing of personal data in the context of research biobanking are considered; the conclusions on the improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the field of regulating the procedure for biobank obtaining of donor informed consent were formulated.
