Abstract
The results of experimental research of the high-frequency electromagnetic field influence on the general content of microbiological pollutants in the unboiled milk (at the 1-st phase of micro-flora evolution) as compared to those of the approbated method are considered in the article. The method of bactericidal control measure represented in some regulatory documents of EU countries and a new method of this measure efficiency control are proposed.
