ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СУЧАСНОГО ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ СТАНУ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ

Research of the modern innovative and investment state of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine An attempt is made to determine the current state of the innovative and investment state of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. The approaches to the definition of the term "innovation" are given. It is noted that investments and innovations are closely interrelated categories describing processes of investment of means identical for economic nature that are implemented with similar goals. Dynamics of world investments for 1970 - 2016 is given. The trend of world investment for 1970 - 2016 is constructed. The distribution of enterprises in 2014-2016 is given. by types of innovative activity, in% to the total number of enterprises. The proportion of enterprises that implemented innovations in Ukraine for the period 2000-2016 is calculated. It has been determined that Cyprus has been a constant supplier of foreign investment for many years. The volume of revenues under the guise of FDI is growing every year, which indicates the problems in the legal field related to the relationship of Ukrainian business structures with offshore zones. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The Ukrainian economy is very slow in the innovation sphere. It is easier for entrepreneurs to buy ready-made technologies and equipment than to invest in the innovative development of their enterprise; 2. The reluctance of the BP to prohibit, through the adoption of a number of legislative acts, the relationship of business entities with firms that have origins in offshore centers; 3. Introduce an effective mechanism to stimulate the development and implementation of domestic innovations.
