ДОСВІД УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ І. А. ЗЯЗЮНА В КОНТЕКСТІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ЛІДЕРА-УПРАВЛІНЦЯ

Abstract
In the article, the author analyzes the activities of I. A. Zyazun as the organizer of higher education in Ukraine in the context of modern requirements for a leader-manager. The author uses the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 to a quality management system that has to comply with the main principles: customer / customer orientation, leadership, staff involvement, process approach, continuous improvement, system approach to management, decision-making based on facts, mutually beneficial relations with suppliers. Through their prism and analyzed organizational and managerial activity I. A. Zyazyun, with which it is advisable to familiarize students in the process of professional training managers, successful leaders-managers. It was revealed that I.A. Zyazyun's talent as a manager was always focused on the comprehensive development of a person as a person and the highest social value, development of his intellectual and creative abilities, professional knowledge and competencies, ensuring its successful socialization in a changing social environment, promoting development personalities ready for conscious social choice, activities in the conditions of civil society to increase the intellectual and cultural potential of the Ukrainian people and ensure sustainable human development in Ukraine.
