Abstract
Визначено особливості нормативно-правового регулювання інформаційних прав і свобод людини і громадянина в Україні, окреслено співвідношення понять «право на інформацію» та «інформаційні права і свободи людини і громадянина», визначено місце інформаційних прав і свобод в системі інших прав і свобод людини і громадянина ; виділені основні інформаційні права і свободи людини і громадянина; запропоновано шляхи удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання інформаційних прав і свобод людини і громадянина в Україні.
