Double Stacked Gates MOSFET Technology In both Planar as well as 3D Gate(Finfet) MOSFET’s
Journal Title: International Journal of Electronics Communication and Computer Technology - Year 2015, Vol 5, Issue 6
Abstract
This paper describes the performance of a planar mosfet as well as the performance of finfet mosfet when dual gate layers are used on the same side of the mosfet channel with separate gate oxide layers, thus providing excellent control over the channel current.

Distributed Power Flow Controller with its Auxiliary Services
The Objective of this paper is to develop a new PFCD that offers the same control capability as the UPFC, at a reduced cost and with an increased reliability. The new device, so-called Distributed Power Flow Controlle...
Real-Time Video Streaming over NS3-based Emulated LTE Networks
In this paper, we present a developed NS-3 based emulation platform for evaluating and optimizing the performance of the LTE networks. The developed emulation platform is designed to provide real-time measurements. Th...
Conversion of an 8-bit to a 16-bit Soft-core RISC Processor
The demand for 8-bit processors nowadays is still going strong despite efforts by manufacturers in producing higher end microcontroller solutions to the mass market. Low-end processor offers a simple, low-cost and fast s...
Study of Confinement Loss of Various Combinations of Square Shaped Cells of Hexagonal Lattice of Photonic Crystal Fiber
In this paper a systematic and comprehensive analysis of photonic crystal fibers with a general Hexagonal lattice and square shaped cells is being done. Square shaped cells exhibit comparative less confinement loss. S...
Reliable Buffer less Video Streaming
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) overlays offer a promising approach to stream live video from a single source to a large number of receivers (or peers) over the Internet without any special support from the network. This approach is...
