DOZIRANJE OPTEREĆENJA U INDIVIDUALNIM PROGRAMIMA SPORTSKE REKREACIJE - MODEL VJEŽBANJA: PRESKAKANJE VIJAČE 10 X 1 MIN

Abstract

Savremena naučna i praktična saznanja do sada su višestruko utvrdila alarmantan negativan uticaj savremenog način i uslova života na biološki status čovjeka. Ekstremna fizička neaktivnost - hipokinezija ispoljava se u negativnim fiziološkim promjenama, koje nepovoljno utiču na opšte sposobnosti i zdravlje čovjeka. Odsustvo optimalne fizičke aktivnosti negativno utiče na fizičku pripremljenost čovjeka, na njegovo zdravlje, radnu sposobnost, psihička stanja i td. Svjetska zdravstvena federacija (WHO) i Međunarodno udruženje za medicinu sporta (FIMS) zajednički su promovisali deklaraciju1 upućenu vladama svih zemalja kojom su posebno ukazali na značaj i vrijednosti sistematske motoričke aktivnosti. Vježbanje efikasno može prevenirati i podržavati zdravlje i sposobnosti, povećavati otpornost organizma na djelovanje različitih štetnih uticaja. Sistematskim vježbanjem otklanjaju se degenerativne promjene, usporava proces starenja, snižava se rizik od pojave i razvoja mnogih bolesti - prije svega bolesti srca i krvnih sudova.
