Drivers of Diversity- A Surface Level Analysis

Abstract
The study tried to understand diversity and its dimensions and the impact of diversity on the outcomes of the organizational behavior and development. This study is an attempt to encapsulate the degree or magnitude of diversity on personality, competency and conflict. This study proposed that there may be some ups and down in the dimensions of diversity, however, there is a need to understand the link between primary dimensions of diversity and tertiary dimensions of diversity.
