Drug treatment of urolithiasis using citrate therapy

Abstract

Urolithiasis - disease, morphological substrate of which is the formation of stones in the urinary tract and related changes in the urinary tract. The disease is characterized by its prevalence and a variety of etiological and pathogenetic factors. The topic of this article is devoted to the comparative characteristics of drugs used in the treatment of this disease. The main part of the article is an analysis of pharmacodynamics, efficacy, safety and expediency of using citrate drugs.
