Abstract
Financial institutions, financial instruments, markets and trends today is significantly different from what they were used to. Financial market increasingly takes the form of electronic markets, given the "dematerialized" way of information transfer, clearing and settlement of transactions. With each passing day we become part of the global flows of money and capital. A large number of companies over the Internet and led financial operations at her house, so she lives 24 hours in all geographic areas, millions and billions of heads of institutions.
