Dylematy wdrażania ustawy o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym

Abstract
Z dniem 1 stycznia 2017 r. zaczną obowiązywać wszystkie przepisy wprowadzone ustawą z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym. Nadal jednak nie rozwiązano wszystkich problemów, które będą determinowały realizację i finansowanie usług użyteczności publicznej w przewozach pozamiejskich. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na istotne kwestie stanowiące zagrożenie dla funkcjonowania tego rynku.
