DYNAMICS’ ANALYSIS OF CRIMES AGAINST DEFENDERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of such a phenomenon as crimes against a defender or a person’s representative. The analysis of the latest statistical data provided by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine was done, according to the information on the number of registered in 2013-2017, in January-February of 2018 criminal offenses (proceedings), which were qualified by the articles 397 – 400 of The Criminal Code of Ukraine, and according to the results of their pre-trial investigation. According to those data, the tendency to change the number was revealed, statistical analysis and analytical smoothing of a number of dynamics were performed using the linear and polynomial equation, the statistical forecast of conducting the crimes against attorneys at law in Ukraine for 2018-2019 was made.
