DYNAMICS OF CRITERIA PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE DOCTORS

Abstract
Performed a theoretical and methodological analysis of conceptual provisions of personality, which was the methodological basis for developing predictive models of personal development of future doctor. In this article overall picture of psychology personal development and future doctor picked up a set of diagnostic psychological techniques to identify the level of formation of personality structures in medical students. With the help of specific scientific methodology, we studied the subject and task has revealed the purpose of the investigated problem. Assumptions psychological and pedagogical theories used by us to develop methods of psycho-pedagogical experiment and determine the methods and principles of psychological research essentials according to our experiment. Experimental results show that the development of personal and professional qualities important to be effective, if implemented in the curriculum for future medical disciplines «Psychology of communication», «Scientific Research students», educational and psychological training.
