Eco-socio-economic model of society development: food security

Abstract
The evolution of scientific views on sustainable development is revealed and the theoretical foundations of the eco-socio-economic model of social development are determined. The concept of society development based on the theory of security is substantiated and attention is focused on security issues from the point of view of priority of human interests, which allowed to define the main principle — anthropocentrism. The scope of research on food security has been expanded by food safety and health economics, which has led to a new concept of food security of Ukraine. In accordance with the proposed concept, a system for assessing the State of food security has been developed, which has made it possible to determine the priority of State policy.
