ECOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY AS INTEGRAL QUAIITY OF PERSONALITY OF FUTURE-TEACHERS

Abstract

It is examined in the article the scientific-theoretical and methodological principles of the problem of the formation of ecological responsibility by future teachers in the context of new educational paradigms. It is given the ways of formation of ecological world-view, responsibility of future teachers in the system of education. Authors analyze the category of ecological responsibility as a scientific notion and the subject of investigation. It is highlighted the philosophical, psychological-pedagogical approaches towards the problem of responsibility and ecological responsibility that extends the limits of understanding the sources and peculiarities of its formation by future teachers. Authors claims that future teacher must have scientific knowledge about the nature of ecological responsibility realization in the future the process of self-organization of it with the aim of achieving effective results in the pedagogical work. It is considered in the article the specific peculiarities of educational environment of higher educational pedagogical institute and analyzed modern approaches, tasks of ecological education. It is defined the main social, psychological-pedagogical factors that favor the formation of ecological responsibility, ecological world-view, ecological beliefs and ecological settings of future specialists. In the article on the basis of own pedagogical experience is considered the possibilities of working out and application a special course «Psychology of responsibility of a future specialist», complex programme of adaptation of freshmen «Health-Motivation-Professional» and develop-correction training, directed on the development and formation of the higher level of ecological responsibility of students of pedagogical university. Authors give the results of empiric research of ecological settings, level of responsibility and stage of formation of components of ecological competences by future specialists and outline the directions of further researches towards implementation of the ideas of noospheres in the system of educational process of the university.
