ECONOMIC AND LEGAL SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATION OF NON-CONTRACTUAL LIABILITIES IN THE FIELD OF CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION: TYPES AND FEATURES OF APPLICATION

Abstract
The article defines and analyzes the peculiarities of application of economic and legal sanctions for violation of non-contractual obligations in the field of capital construction. The main criteria for the classification of administrative and economic sanctions are singled out. The corresponding types of these sanctions are distinguished.
