ECONOMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS INFLUENCE ON THE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRICE

Abstract
The article deals with the application of economic and mathematical modeling to analyze the impact of hiring personnel on the activities of an enterprise. The revealed latent factors of influence of indicators of movement of the personnel on profit of the enterprise. Calculated models of the dependence of net profit on the integral indicator of the movement of personnel in the dynamics of 2015-2016r. Regression dependence was found for the forecast of net profit at enterprises, depending on changes in the values of the integral indicator of the movement of personnel.
