Abstract
The subject of the study is the methodical basis for the factor analysis of labor productivity, depending on the structural macro parameters. The purpose of the study is to analyze the trends of labor productivity at the macroeconomic level and to determine the most important factors of influence on the part of state regulation. Methods of research. General scientific and special methods are used in the work: comparative analysis of trends; analysis and synthesis; analytical; systemic Results of work. The article analyzes modern tendencies and the dependence of labor productivity on structural and maroeconomic factors. The field of application of results. Economics and management of the national economy, in the part of state systems and mechanisms of economic management at the sectoral, interindustrial and regional levels in the field of strategic planning of socio–economic development at the regional level. Conclusions. Having analyzed the state of labor productivity, it is possible to determine the main ways to increase labor productivity: increasing the technical level of production on the basis of attracting investment; development of high–tech production; creation of a transparent system of stimulation of all forms of employment; social and labor relations should become one of the key national priorities of the country's development.
