ECONOMIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE MODERNIZATION OF LEGAL REGIME OF FOREIG ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
Economic requirements of the modernization of the legal regime of foreign economic activity are examined in the article. It is proved that the basic economic requirement of modernization of the legal regime of foreign economic activity is a requirement of economic growth of the national economy. Special economic requirements, which affect the change of the national foreign trade legislation, are considered in the article.
