ECONOMIC SECURITY: BUDGET AND FISCAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article states that state regulation of the economy envisages systematic monitoring of political, socio-economic and technological processes at the global and national levels. The authors state that identifying potential threats as a result of monitoring trends in key areas of the country's economy allows us to develop a set of measures to counteract or minimize the negative impacts. Our calculations indicate the existence of a functional relationship between the level of economic security and fiscal, budgetary indicators. In the conditions of growing negative balance of trade balance, financing of the state budget deficit occurred due to the state borrowing and the monetary issue. The results of the survey show an increase in the general tax burden by 1,9 percentage points during 2011-2016.
