Economic security of the enterprise as an object of controlling

Abstract
Introduction. In modern economic science and practice, more and more attention is paid to the problems of the enterprise's economic security providing. Some abstraction of modern research and conclusions requires the formation of more specific models and tools, clear definition of parameters and evaluation methodology's formalization, which is conceptually combined in the integrated system of controlling of overall structure of maintaining economic security of the enterprise. The initial stage of system's formation is the essence definition of the economic security of the enterprise as the controlling object. The purpose of the study is the justification of resource approach to economic security interpretation as the controlling object, principles of its practical application. The results of the study are the definition of controlling essence on the basis of the vision of controller's mission, which is formulated by the international controlling group (IGC), the selection of the main development direction of controlling theory application process to real management practice at the present stage, the consideration of the main modern approaches to the enterprise's economic security essence characteristic and the factors' selection, which are actualize the interest of this enterprise's activity aspect by scientists and practitioners. On the basis of criticism of individual approaches to the enterprise's economic security essence interpretation, the most actual approach is selected with taking into account the requirements for the construction of controlling system at the enterprise. Conclusions. Proceeding from the modern development trends in the applied aspects of controlling on the basis of most managerial functions automation, it is expedient to use the resource approach to the economic security essence specifications, which is proposed to be defined as assessing parameter of the current and future performance of enterprise's management, when the volume and state of use its resources identifies their sufficiency for the normal functioning and confrontation to the present and expected threats to the external and internal environments in the implementation process of enterprise's development program. The prospects for further researches are the justification for separating of new functional direction of controlling – the enterprise's economic security controlling, formation of theoretical foundations for its development and implementation.
