Abstract
The scientific article is devoted research of economic societies, as modern form of managing. It is proved, that the most widespread organizational- legal form of enterprise activity are economic societies which are a market economy basis in the majority of the countries of Europe. It is ascertained, that economic societies base the activity on active participation in management of a society concerning the big group of businessmen, that is, the civil society is means of democratisation of economic relations.
