Economic system incentives for the development of small enterprises

Abstract
The expectations of small enterprises are large but on the other hand, running a business of small enterprises has diffculties due to numerous obstructions. The present fscal and administrative regulations are not stimulating, while the fnancial support is inadequate. That is why it is necessary to provide better business environment which includes: adequate access to the capital, tax incentives, fast and effective registrations for frms, development of institutional support which would maintain interest of the sectors, conducting training courses for the entrepreneurs. This especially refers to three areas of infrastructural support; social infrastructure (social authorities) institutional enterprise infrastructure (specialized institutions for support for small enterprise organizations) and spatially-technical infrastructure (incubators, technological parks and business zones).
