Abstract
In the current economic dynamics, the leading role of technological innovation in business competitiveness, development and economic growth is widely recognized and accepted. The objective of this article is to focus on the field of economic and business analysis of the process of innovation and technological change, as a socio economic process, an objective that is developed from a review of the theoretical contributions, which can well be called the father of an economy of innovation of technological change.
