Abstract
The given article presents information regarding culture that consists of acquiring certain knowledge and skills in the field of information and communication technologies, as well as the content of educational materials, modern mass media pose new problems and challenges for the concept of media literacy, and require society to form appropriate skills and competencies. Education plays a key role in the formation of information culture, but also implies knowledge of legal and ethical norms and rules and compliance with them.
