Abstract
At this stage, as we observe, the edition has become a truly international one. In 2017-2018 we are publishing authors both from EU states and from other regions. Indeed, our authors come from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Thematically, our publications embrace wide variety of both research and practical issues addressed by the authors of the publications a certain proportion of our publications is interdisciplinary research. Due to the consistent policy and attitudes, the Journal has acquired a distinctive identity and standing. Adhering to the ethics of scientific publications in compliance with the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE) we have added the malpractice statement.
