Abstract
This study focuses on the Health Professional Education in the current economic, political and social presenting educational projects which, under the logic of capital, are meant merely to the workers adaptation to the needs of capitalism and others have pointed out the construction of critical subjects capable of understanding the foundations and contradictions of the capitalist production process of questioning and forms of exploitation they are subjected. In this context, the political training of workers and middle-level technical support for the Unified Health System - SUS, have been constituted as a field of conflicts between different conceptions of health, work, and education, concerning both the provision provide a broad education and rich, how to follow the determinations of the professional education policies that have historically strengthened capitalist relations.
